Help me raise £50,000 for Bipolar UK
From April to October, 2025, I am undertaking an epic 7,000 mile bike ride along the ancient Marco Polo Silk Road on a single gear bike in order to raise awareness of Bipolar Disorder.
The route I will be taking...
I will be cycling the Silk Road from the East Coast of China through to the West Coast of Syria. I will be cycling across China, through Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and lastly Syria.
I will be facing Mountains, Desserts, open grasslands as well as urban areas, and all this on a single gear bike with no support team.

My Brother suffered with mental health issues for years – and I did nothing.
And why? Because it was never talked about, it was never discussed, it was just swept under the rug.
